Golf Scramble and Dinner Auction at Rolling Hills Golf course on June 2, 2012



Dear Friends of Spina Bifida of Greater St. Louis (SB-STL), This year, the volunteers of the SBSTL are hosting another day of fun and friendly competition to help benefit our organization. On Saturday June 2, 2012 at Rolling Hills Golf course, you will be able to play one of the most popular public golf courses in the St. Louis Metro area. By your participation you will help us to continue to support our local programs for individuals living with this birth defect. We are a volunteer nonprofit 501(c) 3 organization with no paid staff. All proceeds from this scramble will benefit SBSTL.


We need your help, here is how you can help.


  • Register for the golf tournament! Fill out this form and send to the address in the document.
  • Print and Copy the registration form and post the flyer at golf courses, community bulletin boards, etc. Distribute the flyer to friends, family, & neighbors.
  • Donate a prize for the auctions! Ideas include: baseball tickets, theme basket of stuff, gift certificates for just about anything, wreaths, ball caps, anything golf-related (gift certificate from golf course, golf bag, golf balls, etc.), lead crystal vase...be creative!
  • Ask local businesses, family, friends, & neighbors to donate prizes.
  • Volunteer at the tournament! We need people to sign golfers in, monitor prize holes, drive the beverage cart, and help with the auction. Please call Pam Abbott at 618-377-9000 to volunteer.
  • Make a donation towards beverages, plaques, raffle/auction items, etc.
  • Sponsor a Cart for $50: Includes signage on the day of the scramble.
  • Sponsor a hole for $125: Includes signage at hole, recognition during dinner and auction.
  • Hole in One Sponsor $250: Includes special signage from HOI Int’l at the chosen par 3 hole.
  • Dinner Sponsor $500: Includes signage and recognition throughout the day for your charitable support.
